The HAM stand

A showcase of science and heritage from the Historic and Ancient Materials Group. Demonstrations of current research projects, including: ‘As mad as a hatter – mercury in the museum’; ‘Masks and make-up – laminated composites for restoration’; and ‘Salty buildings – good on your chips, but makes your walls fall down’.

Venue: Atrium, Isaac Newton Building
Time:  10am – 8pm
Age / Key Stage: Suitable for all
